We provide an online property search service that allows users to search the South African Deeds Registry and purchase property information reports, including property search, title deed copies, and valuation reports.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
• Use the service and reports for lawful purposes only
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit reports without prior written consent
• Not access the service through automated means without permission

4. Reports and Data Accuracy

Property information is sourced directly from the South African Deeds Registry and third-party data providers. Reports reflect data as recorded at the time of generation, are valid for seven (7) days from issue, and are not a substitute for professional legal, property, or financial advice.

5. Pricing and Payment

Payment is processed securely through PayFast. Full payment is required before reports are generated and delivered.

6. Refund Policy

Reports that have been generated and delivered are non-refundable. If a report cannot be generated due to a technical error on our part, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright law. Property data sourced from the Deeds Registry remains public record.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report in question. We are not liable for decisions made based on report information.

9. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy (POPIA), which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
